Chỉ việc đồng áng được làm gấp rút, nối tiếp sát nhau: trâu vừa thôi làm đất thì mạ đã xuống ruộng ngay. Cũng dùng rộng hơn để nói công việc được thu xếp liền mạch, không chậm trễ.

Refers to farm work being done in tight succession: as soon as the buffalo finishes its part in the field, the rice seedlings are transplanted at once. By extension, it describes work arranged smoothly and without delay.
